Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell patio and terrace heaters — gas heaters from a tabletop to a freestanding, a pyramid flame and a large commercial-style model, and electric infrared heaters for wall, ceiling and stand, with the covers, brackets, weight bags and spares to go with them. The heat output, the fuel and the safety requirements are stated on each listing for outdoor domestic use.

Gas, electric & outdoor safety

Patio heaters are for outdoor use only. A gas heater gives off combustion gases including carbon monoxide and must never be used indoors, in a garage, a tent, a gazebo or under an enclosed roof — fit the correct regulator and hose, check for leaks before use and after a bottle change, keep the stated clearance above and around it, stand it on firm level ground and weight or secure it against wind. An electric infrared heater must be plugged into an outdoor-rated, RCD-protected socket, kept dry and never covered, and a wall or ceiling unit mounted securely. Keep children and pets back, never move a heater while lit or hot, and let it cool before covering. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
